For our client located in Brussels, Hays is looking for a Teamlead / Program Manager. This company in software development has recently started a mayor transformation program. A dedicated Teamlead and Program manager can start ASAP to govern the changes and lead the Project Management team. The contract is temporary (3 months) with extension until the position can be filled internally.

As the Lead of the team Project Managers and consultants, you supervise and evaluate your team. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects as well as for the planning, management and delivery of program objectives to comply with the milestones, quality and budget. As part of the transformation program, you use your experience to implement the new methodology and processes within the team and the entire company.
For this role, you need a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied economics or Commercial Engineer or other related field, or equivalent work experience. You have in depth knowledge of SMP and BMP and can demonstrate your PM², PMBOK and/or PMI certification. Besides that, you have knowledge of Scrum / Agile and IT2IT. Lastly, you are fluent in Dutch, French and also English: spoken and written.
You have the opportunity to play a major part in the organisational, methodological and outsourcing transformation this company is going through. They offer a 3 month contract to be extended until a definitive internal Team Lead is assigned. Start date is ASAP.
