At Mobike, we are now looking for an Operations Supervisor in Florence.
These will be your tasks
What you’ll be doing
To be successful in this role, it's not the number of years of experience that will matter but your attitude! This role is indeed open to graduates or to talents with just a few years of experience but who are hungry to get real exciting stuff done at both hands-on and strategic levels.
As Operations Supervisor, you’ll be in charge of building and running our Operations in FlorenceYou're offering these qualifications
- Build, develop and motivate a team of workers to manage the fleet
- Optimize availability and usage of our fleet
- Plan and optimize working procedures of the operations team
- Interact with local stakeholders as the local face of Mobike
- Work with the Italian Mobike team into grow and develop our business
What you’ll bring
As the ideal candidate, you will be passionate about the mission of our business! The positions is both hands on, requiring you to spend time outside and work on our operations, as well as desk-based. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations and the ability to manage a small team.

- A good understanding of Florence and its infrastructure
- High school diploma, Bachelor degree degree is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite and Windows applications
- Prior warehouse exposure is highly desirable
- You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders at all levels
- You will need to juggle multiple projects in a continuously moving environment
- Proactive, flexible and self-driven working style
- Knowledgeable with Florence traffic roads & rules (experience of driving in Italy is recommended)
- Good English skills
